Why buy this? (we loved it) - Why buy it:I bought this for my baby when she was 4 months and was wanting to be held all the time to look at everything going on around her. She was to small to sit by herself then. I bought this so she could prop herself up with the edge and help her to learn to sit which it did (she was sitting within a few weeks). She loved it and it gave me a break. It s good value as it lasts them as a play thing until they can walk.Design:The pastel colours are a plesent change from other more gaish coloured rings, they are bright enough to attract baby and seem to help her relax. The toys do hang quite high above thier heads but you can lower them a bit and they have been great as she got older encouraging her to reach out and try to move towards them pushing herself around the ring. There are also games on the edge for them to enjoy. If the overhead toys are to high for your baby at first I found that my baby was happy propped up inside watching the world with a toy in her hands to chew on. Size:It doesn t take up to much space on the floor unlike some other larger rings. You could let it down and store it compactly if youwished but you tend not to because it takes effort to blow up again. It is also useful as makeshift storage for everyday play toys (the ones that are never put away).I would recommend this product to anyone as me and my child loved it
